Ethos

"For me, Pilates is about precision in movement, strength and control. To achieve that, you need inner focus, therefore allowing your mind to explore how your body works. This creates a balance in exercising mind and body, exploring or rediscovering muscles and movement.

I value the importance of Breath as the centre of Pilates; Helping you to focus, it becomes the music to your movement, provides a rhythm to the exercise and a feeling of deep muscular engagement. It also allows you to relax, grow longer and work towards a better posture and flexibility."

"Rania has been such a lifesaver for me… too many years of sporting injuries and surgeries mean I need to find ways to live with what I have. Rania researches my medical issues, works with my physios, adapts the programme for my immediate challenges and gently encourages me to do the things I initially think are impossible! Pilates (& Rania) have given me a new lease of life. Could not recommend both highly enough!."
